AI가 모든 콘텐츠를 무료화하는 시대, 1인이 조직의 힘을 내는 역설이 시작됐습니다. 2026년 현재 콘텐츠 제작 비용이 크게 감소하면서 진짜 가치는 데이터, 커뮤니티, 신뢰로 이동하고 있습니다.
핵심 원칙은 세 가지입니다. 첫째 AI를 도구로 최대한 활용하되 의존하지 않는다. 둘째 어떤 플랫폼에도 구속되지 않는다. 셋째 자체 커뮤니티와 시스템에 자산을 쌓는다.
