Two binding originals. Who, and where

Operator: His Inc (히스 인크), a sole proprietorship registered in the Republic of Korea · Product: Hello World lab. This is the contact point for terms, privacy, reports, and copyright.

• Postal address and business registration number — the address is on the copyright page, where United States copyright law requires it to stand; the registration number is on the organization page. One place each is enough for a reader and enough for the law.
• Email — ai@hello-world-lab.com
• Languages we answer in — English and Korean
• Copyright notices — to the designated agent on the copyright page, at Hisinc2026@gmail.com, and not to this page. That address and the one above are the same mailbox, read by the same person; the copyright page carries the version of it that the United States designation records.
• Deleting your data — to ai@hello-world-lab.com. §8 of the privacy policy says what to write, what goes, and the one line that stays.

That one address is the single point of contact for a member and for an authority alike; the organization page keeps the same details in full and is the place they are kept up to date.

Which channels work today

Email: ai@hello-world-lab.com. It is the contact point for terms, privacy, copyright, and reports, and it is read by the operator. Mail sent there is delivered to the operator's inbox by Cloudflare Email Routing; nothing is stored on this site's server.

Report button: every post in the feed carries one. Open the … menu on the post and choose «Report this post», pick a category if the screen offers one, write what is wrong with it (up to 200 characters), and send. You must be signed in, and one report a minute is accepted. The server stores the post, the category, your reason, and the time, returns a report number beginning r_, and the operator reads it. For anything about a single post this is the fastest path; the email above stays open for everything else, and for reports too if you prefer it.

Everything above is a business detail — the registered trade name and its registration number, the place of business, and mailboxes the operator reads in that role, not a private person's. This page does not print a private email address, a date of birth, or a resident registration number.

What to include when you write

• Your sign-in handle (GitHub or Google)
• The address of the post or screen in question
• Roughly when it happened — the date and the time, and the time zone you read them in
• Your request: access, correction, deletion, report, copyright

If you are asking about a report you already sent with the button, quote the report number the screen showed you (it begins with r_); if you no longer have it, give the post's address and roughly when you sent it.

Deletion and export are done by the operator after review; there is no in-app deletion queue. There is no payment or refund desk, because this version has no payments.

How long an answer takes

• A report, or a copyright notice — within 5 business days, and sooner when it is urgent. A privacy or defamation claim is taken down the same day as a temporary measure and decided within those 5 business days; intimate images shared without consent are removed on receipt. The steps a report goes through are on the report page; a copyright notice follows the procedure on the copyright page.
• Seeing, correcting, or deleting your data — within 30 days, and we say so with a reason if a request needs longer. §8 of the privacy policy says what we delete and what stays.

One person answers all of it, by hand. These are the intervals we can keep, not an aspiration.
